Demolition of Public Warehouse #2

Synopsis: Abate all Class 1 Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM), all hazardous materials and demolish former fish processing plant. The building has a steel I-beam truss superstructure and light weight steel purlins for roof and wall support. Demolition is to include removal of entire structure to include footings and foundation.

Demolish Tank Farm 1

Synopsis: Work included removal of Thermal Surface Insulation, lead based paint abatement in a base pump house as well as the demolition of a 600 square foot pump-house, 3-50,000 gallon tanks, backfilling with base material, demolishing two abandoned pits, disconnecting utilities, demolishing truck-fill-stand and paving at fill-stand, pump-house and tank site.
