Coldfoot
Environmental offers the following services:
- Asbestos
Asbestos removal is a regulatory requirement before demolition
or partial demolition, and may be practically necessary prior
to renovations. In other cases, a building owner may elect to
remove asbestos materials for ease of management. Coldfoot offers
a range of services including: the design of abatement projects;
tendering of the work; project or contract management, inspection
and air monitoring during the work.
These services are needed for on-going operation and maintenance
of buildings, clean-up of remote sites, and expansion of facilities.
- Demolition
Changing corporate or government priorities sometimes warrant
reevaluation of facility and land use. The decision to conduct
a complete facility closure requires specialized skills and
a full understanding of historical factors that have contributed
to past and present facility conditions. CESI conducts comprehensive
site assessments and necessary engineering prior to permit authorization,
material removal and subsequent facility demolition. As a prime
contractor, CESI can plan and execute post-removal activities
ranging from new utility installation to landscape restoration.
- Hazardous
Materials (Lead, Mercury, Mold, PCB’s)
Proper assessment, abatement, handling and disposal of hazardous
material are extremely delicate processes. CESI has extensive
experience working with hazardous waste and provides turn-key
solutions for residential, industrial, commercial and military
installations.
- Flooring
Flooring material that contains asbestos was used extensively
from the 1930s until the early 1980s. Based on the age of a
building, a significant amount of existing floor tile can be
asbestos containing material (ACM). Most of the floor tile at
is referred to as vinyl asbestos tile (VAT) because of the manufactured
components. VAT may be nine-inches or twelve-inches square;
some sheet flooring, linoleum and felt-backing may also be ACM.
Older black mastic is almost always ACM.
CESI
will conduct sampling and analysis of older floor tiles and
mastics to assess removal methods and handles a variety of home,
industrial, commercial and government floor installation projects.
- Insulation
Fiberglass insulation is commonly used in furnaces and duct
systems that deliver air to occupied buildings and homes and
effectively minimizes transmission of noise. After removal of
asbestos insulation and to increase efficiency, CESI can insulate
mechanical systems to include piping, fittings, and tanks and/or
vessels with fiberglass insulation.
- Light
Construction
CESI provides residential and commercial light construction
services to include wood and steel framing, sheet rock installation,
textured paint application, roofing and temporary and permanent
fencing.
- Consultation
and Project Management
CESI offers general contracting for our clients that prefer
the traditional design-bid-build. We continue our focus on quality
by utilizing a select group of pre-qualified subcontractors
during the bid process. CESI has established a reputation for
quality projects and our relationship with our subcontractors
and suppliers ensures our ability to deliver that quality.
As
a general contractor, CESI organizes the project by scope and
specialty. Managing this process and the important work it encompasses
is a CESI specialty—a strength that benefits our clients
time and time again.
- Waste
Hauling and Transportation
CESI offers the best prices and quick dependable service for
all your waste hauling needs. We are small enough to be able
to get to know your company and appreciate your business and
big enough to take care of all your disposal needs.
CESI
